Segway offers free shipping for orders over $99. For orders under $99, a shipping fee of $15 is applied. The order will be shipped by the carrier that can best meet the delivery timeframe; either FEDEX or UPS if shipped within the continental 48 states or UPS and Purolator. A tracking number is provided and the delivery will require a signature. It's the responsibility of the customer to track the package, and to make sure they will be home to sign for it, or to make alternative arrangements directly with the carrier.

In terms of return policy, Segway Inc. will only accept return of unused and undamaged products that are returned in the original packaging. Within ten days after receipt of the Product, the customer must contact Segway Technical Support and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, the customer must return the Product to Segway Inc. in an unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. The Product must be received no later than ten days after the RMA was issued. A re-stocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price for the returned Product is applied. If the returned Product is used, damaged, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in accord with this policy, then Segway Inc. shall not issue any credit to the customer and the customer shall pay all costs for return shipment of the Product to them.

Please note that waiving the signature delivery will increase the risk of loss of the ordered product and will waive the right to file a claim if it is lost. Segway is not responsible for any loss or damage to the ordered product after the product is dispatched from Segway’s possession, i.e., after the product is tendered to the first carrier. It is suggested to promptly track the order and understand the delivery options.
